The aim of Women’s Ministry at Redemption Church is to help you engage with both your own spiritual life and in spiritual community.

Historically, we have done that through quarterly gatherings with elements of teaching, small group conversation, and social events. While we have enjoyed these kinds of events, and hope to continue versions of them in the future, we have felt compelled to focus more on regular, small gatherings to invest in long term, consistent growth and discipleship. We intend to leverage our already existing Pods ( groups of 4-5 women meeting regularly for prayer, studying, and accountability) for this purpose. Our goal is to equip these groups with resources, regular connection, and development so that each woman and group will flourish.

While this smaller group focus is a slight pivot from our typical larger gathering our mission will continue to be your spiritual engagement personally and communally. We are excited to walk with you in this journey and would love to connect you to a Pod! (Learn more here) We will continue to update on women’s events as they happen, so please keep up with us here, on Slack, and on Instagram.

One of our areas of intention this year for Pods will be on studying the Bible. Our hope is to equip and resource you with the tools you need to connect with God through his Word for life giving transformation. We believe our life in spiritual community fuels our individual spiritual lives, but the reverse is also true! Your personal spiritual life fuels spiritual life in community. With that in mind, we want to include a few resources here to help in your personal spiritual life studying Scripture.
